في إطار جهودنا لدعم الكفاءات الوطنية وتمكين الشباب العُماني، تشرفت شركة بهوان للمفروشات والتجارة بالمشاركة في إجراء المقابلات الوظيفية لخريجي الكلية المهنية بالسيب، وذلك بالتنسيق مع المديرية العامة للعمل بمحافظة مسقط - دائرة عمل الرسيل، وضمن مبادرات وزارة العمل لتوظيف الخريجين. وقد استهدفت المقابلات مجموعة من التخصصات المتنوعة في مساري الدبلوم والكفاءة المهنية، سعياً منا لاستقطاب الكفاءات الشابة وإتاحة الفرصة لهم للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا والمساهمة في مسيرة الشركة. نؤمن في بهوان للمفروشات بأن الاستثمار في الشباب هو استثمار في مستقبل عُمان.

As part of our commitment to supporting national talent and empowering Omani youth, Bahwan Furnishing & Trading was pleased to participate in conducting job interviews for graduates of Al Seeb Vocational College, in coordination with the Directorate General of Labour in Muscat Governorate – Al Rusayl Labour Office, as part of the Ministry of Labour’s initiatives to support graduate employment.
The interviews covered a range of specialisations across Diploma and Vocational Qualification programmes, with the aim of attracting young talents and providing them with opportunities to join our team and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
At Bahwan Furnishing, we believe that investing in youth is an investment in Oman’s future.

بهوان لتقنية المعلومات ترحب بالدفعة الثانية من الكفاءات الوطنية ضمن برنامج آفاق
مواصلةً لالتزامنا بتمكين الكفاءات العُمانية ودعم الباحثين عن عمل، نرحب بانضمام الدفعة الثانية، والتي تضم 9 من الكفاءات الوطنية إلى فريقنا ضمن برنامج آفاق، بالتعاون مع أوكيو ووزارة العمل من خلال مبادرة التدريب على رأس العمل.
وبانضمام هذه الدفعة، نعتز بنجاحنا في استقطاب وتوظيف 16 باحثًا عن عمل ضمن البرنامج، بواقع 7 من الدفعة الأولى و9 من الدفعة الثانية.
نفخر بهذا الإنجاز وبمواصلة توفير فرص مهنية تساهم في تطوير مهارات الشباب العُماني وتمكينهم، ونتطلع إلى مزيد من النجاحات معًا.

Bahwan IT Welcomes the Second Batch of National Talents Under the AAFAQ Program
As part of our continued commitment to empowering Omani talent and supporting job seekers, we are pleased to welcome the second batch of 9 national talents to our team under the AAFAQ Program, in collaboration with OQ and the Ministry of Labour, through the On-the-Job Training initiative.
With the addition of this batch, we are proud to have successfully recruited 16 job seekers through the program, comprising 7 from the first batch and 9 from the second batch.
We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to providing meaningful career opportunities that contribute to developing and empowering Omani youth.

The business leaders of various Suhail Bahwan Group Holding LLC divisions' were provided a training on usage of AI for their business verticals. This one day training program provides technical insight into how AI can solve their business problems and increase overall organisational efficiency to achieve desired business objectives.
