Above all, our studio is about friendship, confidence, movement, and creating a space where young people are free to be themselves. Whether they dance once a week or every day with us, represent us on stage or simply dance for the love of it, every child matters and every pathway is valued.

This is something I believe so strongly, and it influences the way I teach every class, support every student, and build our studio culture. ❤️

Dance and Sport Aerobics, what’s the difference?

At Soul DNA, we offer two unique and interconnected programmes - Dance and Sport Aerobics. Individually, they bring something different to the table, but together they support and enhance each other.

Dance develops artistry, expression, versatility and flexibility.

Sport Aerobics develops strength, power and athletic ability.

NEW CLASS ALERT 🔔 Due to popular demand, we have a brand new Sport Aerobics class for 4-5yrs starting in Term Two! Aerobics is a cross between dance and gymnastics ⭐️

Aero-Shine will build confidence, coordination, and foundational Sport Aerobics skills in a fun and supportive environment!
