A few people have asked me if/when I’ll be doing markets. Doing markets is one of my goals this year.

It is winter so there aren’t many on at the moment (in Whangārei anyway) I’ll definitely be interested in joining some spring/summer markets ….but if anyone knows of a market coming up or would like to combine forces and do a market together please let me know 😘✨

Also I had a thought to have a “pop up” in someone else’s business for a day..? If anyone wants to talk more about this please send me a message! 🙌🏼✨

Soaking up the last minutes of the sun before she goes down…as soon as she’s gone it’ll be freezing …freezing for Northland anyway. Ive been having fun creating in between chores today, starting to feel a little better and the sun has been amazing this week so that’s helped (👉🏼🪵)

While I was thinking of what to caption this with, I started rambling, I deleted it all haha but I just expressed how much I love creating, no matter what I’m doing. Feeling inspired, coming up with new ideas, getting into a flow state, being excited, these are some of my favourite things! I like to think that these energies are embedded into everything I’m creating and when you take them home you take these energies with you.

Anyway that’s enough or I’ll give myself the ick …

I added a spiral to these mother of Pearl earrings I made a while ago. I really love them with or without the spiral. I have a pair myself and wear them often💜 I have I think 4 pairs available & I can add the spiral to any of them

People sometimes ask me how long a hoop takes to finish. I started this one on the 3rd of June. I don’t think I stitched it every day from start to finish, but that’s a good few weeks.
This one was pretty free form, I saw a picture on Pinterest as inspiration, drew what I wanted straight on the fabric and started stitching. It started off pretty basic with just 2 colours and morphed into this kaleidoscope of colour until I was happy with it.
I’ll either back her straight in the hoop or find the perfect frame…what do you reckon?
