P**s Off Peri is all about encouraging everyone to talk more about perimenopause & menopause. It’s about researching, asking for help & finding the solutions that work for each of us. It’s also about having a laugh or having a cry - maybe even singing a song or doing a silly dance!

Thanks to Serena at RNZ for helping us to hopefully get more people talking about it!

‘P**s off Peri’- It’s not a train wreck, it’s just menopause

We all go through different phases of life; some we celebrate with enthusiasm. What’s different about this one?

Yup it’s Menopause and Perimenopause and it’s something we should talk about. Isn’t it? Perhaps it’s something we should laugh about?
