Due to the passing of our Secretary, we are looking for a replacement for our meetings. This would be suitable to someone who is keen to be involved in our Onerahi Community.

It is sad to announce Leonie Robertson, who was our Secretary has passed away.
Thank you for being a great Secretary for OCA. You were our rock and never missed anything that needed doing. We will miss you phone calls too with all your knowledge.

At our meeting last night we played a Waiata that Nick Connop was in then shared a minute silence. Thanks Wendy for you lovely photo card for Russell.

A private family burial is be held.

With sadness, the Onerahi Community Association committee have decided to not go ahead with the 2020 Christmas Festival.

Unfortunately with COVID19, workloads and funding, we have not had anyone able to organise the event this year. We all decided it would be best to not go ahead.

We are also considering what the future of our event will be. Will we continue with a Christmas festival, host a community festival, gala day, Easter celebration, etc.???

Kamo parade is looking to change things up and we are looking to support the opportunity to work with the Kamo Parade with the center of town some how.
