After years of feeling too shy and embarrassed to dance, even though I loved music, I didn't want to be seen in "public"... I was a secret kitchen dancer. I managed to get a friend to join me to go to Zumba... after several weeks of feeling awkward it became easier and more fun... and then more fun, but Latin dance was my favourite.
