What a day!!! Massive shoutout to everyone who helped bring Cable Wake Nationals 2026 to life at Adrenalin 🙌

First up, Cody Rouse — the heart behind it all. The time, passion, and coaching poured into these riders is unreal. What these kids achieved in just 1.5 months is next level… attempting doubles, landing 5s, sending massive flips — Leon said it best when he said you’re running some kind of superhuman program out here!

Huge thanks to James from Blackhawk Films for capturing all the action and content from the day, with Lauren backing it up — legends behind the scenes. Updates to come when we’ve put it all together!

Appreciation to Klay Rouse, Aaron Halvorson, and Leon Thomason for giving up their time to judge on the day 🏆

To all the riders — the effort, commitment, and progression you showed was incredible. You put everything on the line and it showed.

And to all the families and supporters who came out, helped out, and backed the riders — you’re a massive part of what makes this so special.

Such an epic day. Proud of every single one of you. Even more than that, the community we’re building out here while pushing the sport forward is something we are so incredibly passionate about. ❤️

It’s going down at Adrenalin Adventure Park this Sunday, 3rd May – and you won’t want to miss it!

We’re bringing together some of New Zealand’s best and up-and-coming cable riders for a full day of action on the water

Season Closure Announcement

Due to damage caused by the recent cyclone, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Adrenalin Water Park for the remainder of the season.

This has been an especially tough season for us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support from our amazing community. Thank you to everyone who visited, supported, and stood by us — it truly means a lot.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back next season 💙

🚨 Important Update – Temporary Closure 🚨

Due to the incoming cyclone, Adrenalin Adventure Park will be closed for the next week to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

We also want to let everyone know that the Wakeboarding Nationals have been postponed. At this stage, we’re expecting at least a two-week delay, and we’ll confirm the new date as soon as possible.
