We honestly can't thank our amazing local community enough for the support you've shown us. The holidays were absolutely INSANE, and seeing so many families through our doors has meant the world to our team.

🚨 A Friendly Reminder to All Parents 🚨

We love seeing families enjoy Flip, but we need to address an issue that has become increasingly concerning.

Over the past three weeks, we have had three separate incidents involving children who are currently toilet training. In each case, bodily fluids were left behind for our staff to clean up.

For the health and safety of all our customers, especially babies and young children who may be crawling or playing on the equipment, we ask that children who are still toilet training wear appropriate protective products and are closely supervised at all times.

If an accident does occur, please notify a staff member immediately and assist where possible. Leaving bodily fluids for staff or other customers to discover creates a significant hygiene and safety risk.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
