Kia ora, e te whānau.

I've been busy this last month, pumping out small sketches each day of November as I decided to join an art challenge on Instagram, called "the inner magic art challenge".

The goal of this challenge was to make art through self care.

Each day had a subject and I had themed my work to fit each subject, I began finding my own style in drawing.

Each day was definitely different and some were harder to do than others.

Now my sketchbook is full and so is my wairua.

My inner child and inner girly girl has healed a little bit due to these beautiful drawings that I had made over time.

This is a little hue i drew on with ink. I wanted to keep the natural color coming from this gourd. This one was a little challenging to put together as it was small and rounded but it was worth the result.
I came with a vision and conquered it.

Coloring in some drawings of mine was very soothing for this past week and a half, had a few things that needed to be done other than art which was stressful and I'd come home to these drawings, as i tried out felts, color pencils. Was a successful trial and i like how they turned out.
