We’re hiring!

We’re on the lookout for a Dispatcher to join our office-based team.

This is a full time, 6-month contract with the possibility of moving to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Answering all customer enquiries and managing bookings.
• Maintaining the client database and all tasks associated with the Advanced Concrete Pumping system.
• Working collaboratively with drivers to advise of planned pours ie. Provide timely, clear, and accurate instructions to concrete pump operators daily and ensure office staff are advised of their allocated jobs for the next day.
• Coordinate concrete pump vehicles throughout the day, utilising the NAVMAN GPS system.
• Ensuring that all concrete pump drivers/operators complete their daily vehicle checks and submit their job information directly to you.
• Assisting in any ad hoc tasks to help office-based team members as required.
• After-hours phone will be on a share basis with the existing dispatcher once familiar with the role.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in office-based computer systems and have a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good geographical knowledge of the Auckland, Northland and Waikato regions
