Come explore a collection of personal stories from local rangatahi whaiora (young people seeking wellness) sharing their journeys with early psychosis and what it means to live well alongside these experiences.
Told through film, photography, illustration, and interactive displays, this collection invites conversation and reflection on how our spaces and places nurture wellbeing, identity, relationships, whenua, wairua, and whānau.
The collection was collaboratively developed with rangatahi whaiora as part of the Te Hekenga Whaiora research project. A joint project between Te Herenga Waka | Victoria University of Wellington and Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka | Otago University, which aims to support young people in their journeys experiencing psychosis in Pōneke Wellington.
