Started in 1994, Underground Arts is a well respected Tattoo Studio in Wellington's Central Business District. We specialize in one off original designs, however, we cater to all styles of tattooing. We also share our space with The National Tattoo Museum of New Zealand. We don't do piercings sorry, regardless of the Face-book category.
