Kia ora, everyone!

We will be hosting our Annual General Meeting for 2024 this afternoon, December 4th at 5:30pm in the offices of Barristers.comm, Level 8, Midland Chambers, 45 Johnston Street, Wellington.

This is a meeting open to the general public for anyone wanting to participate in the behind-the-scenes administrative process of the R***e.

There will be a summary of the events and progress made through 2024. The 2025 Executive Committee and the objectives for the 2025 Law R***e will also be introduced.

Anyone wanting to attend is welcome.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden has been informed by his CIA spies that Wellington has a special something that the USA can exploit - call it Wellington’s panache, call it Wellington’s charm, we call it Wellington’s Sparkle.

Tickets are officially on sale now for the Law R***e 2024 production: Once Upon a Time in Wellington

September 5th, 6th, and 7th at 7pm in the Memorial Theatre

Eleanor, a typical second-year law student who's lived here all her life, is sick and tired of Wellington. DJ, a budding first-year film student from rural NZ, is enchanted by it. When a magical portal emerges from a patch of black mould in their flat, everything is flipped on its head. They are transported to a mystical alternate reality where Wellington is actually good - rent is low, black mould is extinct, and inflation only takes place in the bedroom.
