Join Faith Enana for a deeply nourishing 90-minute women's gathering designed to support pelvic health, feminine vitality, and emotional wellbeing through traditional womb-care practices.

Through guided breathwork, gentle somatic movement, body awareness, and community connection, you'll be invited to release stagnation, restore circulation and reconnect with the wisdom held within your body.

This workshop may be especially supportive for women navigating:

Imagine: soft candlelight, cosy blankets, a warm cup of ceremonial cacao in your hands and permission to fully slow down.

This is a space intentionally created for solace and comfort. A gentle cocoon to help you settle your nervous system and feel deeply held through the heart of winter.

The afternoon unfolds in two parts:
🍫 Alexandra will guide you through gentle movement and a ceremonial cacao journey, warming you from within and bringing you into the present moment.
☀️ From there, Nicola leads a reflective meditation and Golden Winter Sun Activation, welcoming the returning light.

Together, they weave in sacred drumming, intention setting, deep rest, and reflection.

Whether you're craving stillness, connection, or simply a moment to breathe this gathering is for you.
