Our hearts and prayers go out to Bulou Nina Nawalowalo as she screens ‘A Boy Called Piano’ at The Pacific Human Rights Film Festival. The first Itaukei, Fijian woman to make a feature film - this is a historic moment for you Nina, your Nawalowalo Mataqali and Fiji. There are moments in our life story that are significant not as an individual but across the generations - your Father Ratu Noa Nawalowalo left his Island Kadavu, attended QVS and created change in the world, you are continuing his legacy Bulou Nina.
