Each year BOQ requests information from me regarding my finances, some of the requests are reasonable, but I can’t help but feel like the questions regarding Gang Relations are like a personal attack.

Surely they’re required to review and update their policies once in a while?
Why is our industry still classed as high risk with them?

I’d love some feedback in the comment section, am I just over reacting?
