Warkworth Performing Arts Inspiring Dreams, Nurturing Talent. WPA is Warkworth's leading dance and performing arts school.

Our students come from Warkworth, Matakana, Snell's Beach, Wellsford, Kaipara Flats, and other surrounding areas. We offer a variety of classes for all ages including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, cheer and latin dance. Classes are fun, positive and enjoyable but are challenging and encourage hard work, focus and determination. We believe in the potential of each individual student, where e

Who would love to be tutored by prior world champion Latin American dancer and teacher, Rachell van der Veek? Her Latin Performance class will learn new steps and a fabulous group dance ready to perform in our next WPA production?

Designed for teens or young adults keen to perform. Classes will be weekly on Tuesdays, from 14th July throughout Term 3 and Term 4, 2026.

Please enrol for the class this week! This is essential to ensure your place in the class and if there is sufficient interest to book Rachell's teaching schedule at Warkworth Performing Arts. Enrolment will be a commitment to the dance group for both terms, and involvement in the rehearsals on Saturday 12th December, and the WPA production on Sunday 13th December.
