Warkworth Theatre Group Local community theatre group based in Warkworth. Plays, workshops and productions all year. Shows performed at Warkworth Town Hall. Hi there!

Meetings 1st Wednesday of the month 7pm and Play Readings on 3rd Wednesday. Come along for lots of fun and theatrics. Welcome to Warkworth Theatre Group - a local group of actors and theatre enthusiasts, providing regular entertainment to the Warkworth community, north of Auckland, New Zealand. We get together for club nights on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 7pm at the Mezzanine Room, Warkworth

Town Hall, Neville Street. We also aim to put on a couple of productions each year for the wider community to enjoy and there are a large number of onstage and backstage roles in these shows. New members are always welcome, so if you or anyone you know would like to join the fun, in whatever capacity, please come along or get in touch.

But in Peter James' The Perfect Murder, appearances can be deceiving.

As opening night approaches, we'll be sharing a series of clues inspired by the play. Some may seem insignificant. Others may prove far more important than they first appear.

This month we're exploring Black Comedy by Peter Shaffer, a brilliantly funny play with a clever twist: when the lights go out on stage, the audience sees everything... but the characters are left stumbling around in the dark!

Whether you'd like to read a role or simply sit back and enjoy the laughs, everyone is welcome.
