My biggest supporter and favourite woman 🤍 Forever grateful for my mum.
Some fun things about Linda:
⟡ She has a whole cupboard filled with chocolate and chocolate/caramel treats. It’s definitely where I inherited my love of caramel
⟡ The most overqualified women you’ll meet, and all across completely unrelated fields
⟡ Growing up she ran my brother and I around between friends and multiple sport trainings daily. And all while working AND looking after our pigs/horses/cats/dogs/pet cow
⟡ Linda dropped everything and flew down to come and look after Sam and I during IVF
⟡ Still runs ultramarathons. Off road. It’s wild
⟡ During Covid entered a televised NZ dog competition with my dog Luca. Made it to finals before Luca got overexcited with all the cameras and just ran around barking instead 😂
⟡ Have tattooed her several times
⟡ We have run multiple half marathons and off road events together. We once ran a marathon together, and I slapped her on the butt as I passed her at 30km. Joke was on me though, I could barely walk for the next 3 days whereas she was fine.
⟡ Her favourite treat is the Queen Anne’s Chocolate covered caramels
⟡ The best mum we could have asked for and will be the best grandma to our boy. We are so fortunate to have her.
