Congratulations to the 3 winners of our lucky dip: Hal Morton, Ruth Burhop, and Denis Guyan. You'll get a copy (once you let me have your postal address) of the Organist's Scribble Book and so can happily note down your innermost thoughts (if you dare) or even mundane notes to the organ tuner that the trumpet needs tuning AGAIN... etc. There was a little debate about the correct answer to the question Which of these unlikely things has actually been used as the subject of a classical musical composition?" with some putting A Traffic Jam (thinking of An American in Paris perhaps?) But I had in mind a Vacuum cleaner ... So I took both answers as valid. The other correct answers were:

A pipe has started sounding continuously and refuses to shut up

After seeing yet another example of my photoshop-doctored Ideal Organ floating around the internet (yes, it's that one, done after hours of tweaking with photoshop in 2012 - all done long, long before AI turned up to take over the world) I made a special notebook a few months ago.
