Good Afternoon, I'm a local ( waihi)Storyteller searching for Voices to Animate my Characters, that I have created.
It is a short series (2 at present) witty cartoon
about bullying - working title "Dawn Chorus" - that features a selection of mean and wonderful animal characters from Aotearoa. Two of them are the mischievous KāKā brothers which we will animate over the next weeks, to showcase the concept and apply for funding etc.
To bring them to life, we are looking for younger voice actors that would like to give these two creatures (and the female Pukeko/Takahe - older male Kiwi) their rich character; think Taika Waititi, or if older Billy T. As this project is in early development stage, we can't
offer financial compensation, but general exposure as an actor and
taking part in a local production from the get go. Please feel free to
