But with a bit of a twist. Instead of pitting two games against each other tell me which platform did it better and why is it the PS1 version?

That's just my bias based on nostalgia from playing Philosphers Stone on PS1 so much I think. Flippendo!

This is one of those curious games that comes in a two disc case but only has one disc 😅

Ive had a few playthrough attempts of this one but always seem to stop. Its a solid game though.. its not the game, its me. 🤣

Who still has their old Teddy from when they were a baby or a kid?

Heres mine. He was made specially for me apparently and used to have a green bow. It got pretty raggedy and a few years ago he had a hole in his side so I gave him to my Gran to fix and he came back with a fancy new bow!

I used to talk to him and cuddle him - he would talk back but only I could hear him. I also picked all his fur off his sides when I was a baby... sorry about that Teddy Bear Mudgway! 🧸 ❤️

Pricecharting NZD: $229.81

This was a game I played SO MANY times on demo, similar to Overboard. Even though it is an early PS game it is absolutely amazing and still totally playable today.

This title came to us in its current form in bundle which a had a bunch of PS2/360 games and then this absolute gem.

Playtime: It doesn't say but id say maybe 20 - 25?

"Give us eyes"

Ive attempted this a few times but always stopped part way through. This time I was thinking of playing it over a few weeks and then dove in and just powered through playing mainly over the weekend.

I consumed the three umbilical cords and so fought Gehrman and the moon. Theres a few NPCs I missed but I did kill every optional boss. I finished with 48 skill and vitality with a 10+ threaded Cane at level 93. Both Gehrman and the moon I killed first try.

I really enjoyed this playthrough and have to pull myself away and stop myself from playing NG+ right now thats how much I enjoyed it. Ill try a strength build next time I think... Lies Of P is still my favorite souls like game but man its close Bloodborne is awesome.
