We need YOUR HELP! 🙌

🏁 Working Bee Reminder 🏁

Just a reminder that we have our Working Bee at the track this weekend — Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd August, from 10am! 🔧💪

There’s still plenty to get stuck into, so if you have a few hours to spare, we’d love to see you there. Many hands make light work, and every bit of help gets us one step closer to having the track ready for racing! 🏁

If you can, please bring along any tools you have that could be useful — spades, rakes, w**d eaters, sprayers, shovels, etc.

Come for an hour, come for the day — whatever you can manage is hugely appreciated. The more hands we have, the more we can get done!

Let’s get stuck in, get the track looking awesome and get ourselves one step closer to going racing! 🏁🔥

Another massive weekend!!!! 🙌

Huge progress has been made, but there’s still plenty to get through. We’ll be back at it again next weekend, so if you have some free time, we’d be so grateful for an extra pair of hands.

Many hands make light work — and we all want to be ready to go racing when the season starts, right?! 🏁

We are excited to announce that we are starting work on replacing the Armco barriers around the track with a concrete wall. This is a major project that will improve the safety of our speedway, and we are fundraising to help cover the cost.
As part of the fundraiser, we're offering the opportunity to purchase a personalised block on the new wall that will be built in the lean-to.
These blocks are perfect for: 🏢 Businesses 🏁 Race teams 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families 👤 Individuals
Display your business logo, team name, race car number, or your name on the wall for years to come.
Block size: 25 cm high × 30 cm long
Price: $150 per block
We'd love to see the wall filled with local businesses, racing teams, families, and race numbers, creating a lasting part of Waharoa Speedway's history.

We need your help!!!!!!

Do you have a few hours to spare from 10am on either or both days this weekend (15/16th Aug) and can bring any of the following…..

A petrol water blaster and garden hose.
Nap sack Sprayer
Shovels and racks
Post hole rammers
Toilet cleaning tools

Even if you don’t have any of the above, we would love as many hands on deck as possible!!!!
