We had another amazing day on Sunday! Stay with me, this is a long one! We have lots of thankyous!
MASSIVE thanks to all of those locals who volunteered their services on Sunday to make the day run smoothly. The Te Aroha Lions, Kim & Heidi (our Candy Floss Fairies!), Darice, Rochelle, Lyn, Celeste, Gillian, Janet, Christie and Chris. We are eternally grateful ๐Ÿค— We really couldn't have run the day without you!
Thank you, Tim, for setting up the PA speakers and a huge thanks to Kevin our awesome MC. What a brilliant job you did!
Shout out to Shaun and Jillian O'Neil for bringing us their Geometrix gazebo and setting up the whole spectator area and clearing it away again, and to Te Aroha College for the use of their huge gazebo.
Thanks to all of our amazing entertainers on the day. BOP Pipes and Drums, 4Tune, Wai Taiko Drummers, Enchanted Entertainment and the Circus in a Flash. You kept the atmosphere alive for the young and the young at heart!
Thanks to the Te Aroha volunteer firefighters crew for taking time out of your busy schedules and bringing your emergency vehicles and your spectacular kitchen fire demos. You pulled quite the crowd!
Thanks to the First Credit Union ladies volunteering your time on the day. We really appreciate you giving up your Sunday to be with us! Thanks to Dallas, our amazing facepainter, for bringing joy to the little ones.
Huge thanks to our many, many sponsors. We are eternally grateful for your generosity โค๏ธ. You can find a comprehensive list of every one of them on our website. https://tearohadomainday.com/
Thanks to Villa nine for stocking our merchandise all year round which helps us fundraise for the day.
Thanks to our many community groups, for spreading the word of your awesome mahi.
Thank you to our local Pickleball group and the Te Aroha Croquet Club for your friendly interaction and teaching your skills to others. Thanks also to the Volunteers in the Te Aroha and District Museum for opening your doors to the public for free.
Thanks to all of the stall holders for your amazing products, makes, yummies and friendly interaction, and for helping each other out when needed. Thanks to all of the food / beverage vendors for keeping the crowds well fed and hydrated.
Huge thanks to the gardening guys and girls from KVS/MPDC for making the Domain gardens clean, tidy and beautiful. And to the restroom cleaners for sparkly clean facilities!
Finally, A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY. You came from near and far. You came with your friends and your families. You shopped and chatted at the market stalls. You bought raffle tickets, supported local fundraisers and won prizes. You enjoyed the entertainment, the activities, the food, the coffee and the ice creams. You filled our domain with fun and laughter. And all of that filled our hearts with joy ๐Ÿฉท.
From Allison, Cherie, Mary, Kristen, Tara, Carol, Graham, Ross, Joe and Terry, your Domain Day Committee. We are a small group of volunteers who spend 6 months of the year working hard to bring this event to life.

THANK YOU, EACH AND EVERY ONE โค๏ธ

(Hopefully I didn't forget anyone๐Ÿ™ƒ)
Will we do it all again next year? You bet we will ๐Ÿ˜Š. It's our big 50th anniversary in 2027, so of course we'll do it all again! Watch this space for the announcement when we set the date.
(well done if you made it all the way to the end of this post!)
