Philthys Carved Creations Hi everyone I'm back and will start this journey again with you. I tried my first carving at 37yo and my third at 43yo.

Since my third i seemed to have kept carving and have sold pieces. I really want to modernise traditional NZ designs respectfully.

And here's one for me Mum. It now sits in her garden 😊

So this was my 2nd carving. I asked friends for inspiration and one found a pic she liked online so I gave it my best attempt and this was the result..... After repairing a soul crushing drop while sanding which broke the carving into pieces 😱 Timber: Recycled Heart Rimu
