Catch genre defying Italian noise duo - OvO, Friday , October 30th 2026 The Mothership in Auckland . Early start , 7pm.

Deftly navigating between noise rock, doom, extreme and blackened metal, industrial sludge and even electronica. “Decibel Magazine” have perhaps described them best by hailing the bands sound as “a David Lynch dance party”. Italy’s ovoband , continue to rewrite the definition of what alternative music can be. Something which New Zealand audiences can look forward to seeing this October 2026.

Formed by Stefania Pedretti and Bruno Dorella in Milan, Italy in the late 90s. OvO ave taken their inspiration from the likes of Su***de, Swans, and Diamana Galas. Centred around the ear piercing banshee-like vocals of Stefania, and a constant guitar drone and dark menace as the undercurrent of their songs. Bruno, equally essential in their music, pounds a stripped down drum-set as if he were the leader of an invading war party. Coupled with intensive percussion samples to help craft a unique and experimental sound.

With 25 years as a band, 11 albums behind them (including their most recent Gemma), over 1000 shows/festivals across the globe, and sharing stages with many of the biggest names in experimental music; Godflesh, Lightning Bolt, Thurston Moore, Sleepytime Gorilla Music, Psychic TV, Dillinger Escape Plan, Big Brave, Ufomammut, among others - New Zealand audiences have their chance to see one of the most unique and experienced bands still active.

Thank you so much to everyone who came, played, donated, helped, and worked to make this the best Loserpalooza yet.

You Losers raised an astronomical total of $9546.23 (incl $50 donated direct to Lifeline thanks Ash). That’s nearly double last year’s amount! And the most financially successful Loserpalooza we have held. You should all be so incredibly proud of yourselves & I am so exceptionally grateful for all of you & what we have achieved together. We have now raised a total $45k for Lifeline in the last 8 years.

While Lifeline Aotearoa now receives some funding from the government, they are still very reliant on fundraising campaigns like ours. Your money will be used for training hours, call and text answering, staffing and a nationwide service.

Special thank you to Totara Street (Ross, Jay and all their staff), whom we wouldn’t be able to do this without their financial assistance with free venue, gear hire and ensuring the day runs smoothly.

All 25 acts (+ 4 Juniorpalooza acts) who played for free or paid to play, & entertained you for 12 hours, you raised it to another level… except Skonk .

Evan, Davey, Rob and Sol for their long day of set up, pack down and ensuring the sound was perfect.

Studio 11b for the loan of their GEAR.

The many photo and videographers who sometimes out numbered the crowd. Ryan Greenwood THOMAS VINCENT MCCARTHY | PHOTOGRAHER Jason Дваит Спиделхакир Sunshine-souled Visionary 🌞🧘‍♂️🌕 and more!

StellaVision for documenting the losers with her Loserbooth.

Ashley Mckinley for his raffle distortion pedal donation ‘The Trine’. Won by Mike H, much deserved after years of coming to TMS shows and spending all his money on koha and merch.

♧°•ᏁᎥᏒᏉᏗᏁᏗ•°♧ and Edward Gains for this years poster and shirt design.

Sicula for feeding everyone.

Ryan Greenwood , Katrina Rose , Ōkahukura Studio for staging the first Juniorpalooza which raised $253 and contributed incredibly to the Loserpalooza total above. But more importantly gave and gives a safe space for those under 18 to experience live music.

Brian Wafer postering legend!

Thank you to anyone i might have missed!
