Every great kingdom needs a dedicated court to keep the festivities running smoothly! The Bay Salsa Festival is entirely run by volunteers, and all profits go directly back into supporting our incredible dance community.Want to experience the festival magic for free? We are looking for passionate helpers to jump on board.✨

The Royal Reward: In exchange for roughly 8 hours of your time over the weekend, you will receive a FREE Full Pass Ticket to the entire festival! You'll get to experience the vibe, the community, and the dance floors on us.

How you can serve the realm: We need hands-on deck across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for:
🛠️ Festival setup and pack down
🎟️ Registration desk & ticket sales
🚪 Manning workshop doors
🚗 Transport & driver duties
🎭 Show ushering & runner tasks
