First established in 1986, ngā Kaumatua o Ngai Tamarāwaho created Huria Trust (formerly Huria Management Trust) to umbrella and strengthen tribal activities, which at that time were centred around the rebuilding of our wharenui ‘Tamatea Pokaiwhen

ua”. Today, we are committed to the advancement of Health, Social, Educational and Cultural services to the communities we serve. Unfortunately, our clinical team aren’t immune to those winter bugs making the rounds, and we have a few staff members who have had to go/stay home sick. As a result, our clinic will be closed today.

A reminder that our clinic will also be closed tomorrow while our team attends training.

WĀNANGA TOI FOR RANGATAHI

Got a creative side? A bit artistic? Maybe a little bit haututū?

If you're aged 15–24 years old and keen to get creative, we'd love to have you come along to our Wānanga Toi & spend some time learning new art skills, exploring toi Māori, and creating your own mahi toi. We'll also be working together on a collaborative art project 👀👀

Te Tūmanako is a safe, confidential, and culturally grounded support group for whānau seeking connection, understanding, and support. This is a space free from judgement and blame, where whānau can come together to share experiences, learn practical strategies, and strengthen wellbeing.

* Connect with others on similar journeys
* Learn about addiction, behaviour, and recovery
* Gain practical tools for supporting your whānau
* Be supported through Te Ao Māori values and practices
