Youth Showcase - come and see what the youth of Centre Stage are up to. They have been training within and outside of Centre Stage and you won't believe what they can do! One Act Plays, singing, clowning, improv, stage combat. So talented and so much fun! You won't want to miss this. Come and support our rangatahi. Doors open at 6.30pm, show starts at 7pm. Tea, Coffee and a light supper. Entry by donation. It'll be a great night out.

No improv tonight, we are down quite a few of the team and with fire close by we are opting to cancel tonight.

This is our last scheduled reading theatre. There will be two great one act plays to read through. Parts for both women and men. Don't forget there is no experience needed, just a bit of fun bringing some life to the text on the page. We will let you know all about the play and characters before we read. Then let us know what you think of them. We would love to see you there. A great night in the cosy foyer of Centre Stage

Such a great turn out at the last reading theatre so we are doing it again! Wednesday August the 5th from 6pm - 8pm. Come along anytime. This time we will be reading plays by two local writers. AJ Chapman and Whiti Hereaka ( who was born here but no resides in Wellington). Whiti's play was written for youth so that is also exciting. All are welcome.

Join us for Reading Theatre. Where we get together and read through sections of scripts and then discuss. No acting ability required! The first session will have sections from "Once on Chunuk Bair" - Maurice Shadbolt, and "The Coven of Grey Street" - James Cain.

Two wonderful plays from Aotearoa. Come along, grab a drink, help us bring some life to words on the page. Can't wait to see you there!

Had the pleasure of watching an amazing collaboration between Dance Central and Taupo Concert Band today. Very cool to see the arts alive and thriving in Taupo.
