Update:

"Goodie/ Doug/Dougal".....some others names that cannot be mentioned.

He had a wonderful Send off today. In a Gym that he played in, surrounded by so many friends and a Club that was dear to his heart. Goodie was surrounded by amazing heartfelt stories, tributes, laughs and tears. And a bit of singing too. Haha.

But what stood out the most was the big smiles and the "Love" he has from his Whanau of all ages. What a privilege to see. So thankyou for all the laughs and memories you left us. But you will always be remember for that smile.
So a big thankyou from us at home here at the Athletic Club for coming home. What an honor.

OK Team meeting!!!!

Kick Off for our "Goodie" Aka Mr Doug Goodman is 1pm at his Athletic Club.

Then we move on to lay our Goodie to Rest at Manunui Cemetery with his Mum and Dad.

Aftermatch at the Manunui Club. As he is a Manunui Boy. We gotta share.

So there is the update.

Also, Lisa has advised Goodie will be in town if anyone would like to pay their respect on Thursday. Contact Taumarunui Funeral Services for times.
He be back home.

Sadly Athletic Club has lost another one.

"Goodie" Doug Goodman.
Passed away in Tauranga.

But he is coming home to his "Athletic Club".

Service is Friday. Time to be advised.

We send all our love to Goodie and Whanau. And are thinking of them at this time.

We’d like to welcome everyone to Adult Community Basketball, which runs on Sundays from 5.00–7.00pm.

This is a relaxed, social space for anyone keen to get active, have a run, and enjoy the game. All skill levels are welcome.
