Latest project for the .
Part of a vanity I picked up a few years ago that was used as a side table for sons bed. It was well loved and where I learnt kids slime strips varnish 😂
Sanded and painted with Spray Enamel Satin White and details with a .
The handles were old plastic and needed a cleaner look so picked up some new solid handles at Taumarunui Reuse Shop and she now fits in nicely next to the lazyboys.

Bought these years ago and just hung them up, but they got a good hit from harsh sun and rain so they needed a face lift, after a few smashed corners and hooks fallen off, they finally got the love they needed.

First project in the studio this weekend in over 2 months. Thrown together in less than 24hrs

Sometimes life just gets in the way, other days it's just too hard to focus on even walking into the room.
Executive dysfunction can really hit hard, this skateboard has been on the drawing board for almost a year after my son left it out in the rain and lost its cover slip and superman deck. So heres a combo of the boys personalities crossed with which seems to be their favorite again this week.

Embracing the flaws and imperfections, building it stronger...

Those days where your mental health can feel like they're at their worst, sometimes a bubble of inspiration can occur. This came to me yesterday after a very bad morning with my kids. They are my resin, my golden glow that builds me stronger and holds me together.
So here is my scribble to start from while i continue to create this into an original piece. Let's see where it takes me.

Tried out an awesome new tool today too paint pen. Makes lining super easy, super clean and super quick.
