Sparky The Fire Engine Sparky is an iconic miniature fire engine offering rides for children and those 'big kids' who are young at heart.

Each ride can accommodate up to 12 children, this is split across 4 benches and 2 compartments. Sparky came to life in 1998 in a panel beaters shop in Auckland. He was designed on a 1981 international Fire Engine (painted in colours of the day) and is powered by a twin carb 1300cc Toyota Corrolla. I Richard, acquired sparky in 2009 and have been operating sparky at a variety of fairs, A & P shows

, and private functions such as children's birthday and Christmas parties throughout the Bay of plenty Region. Although Sparky resides in the Rotorua district we are happy to travel further afield if time permits. I operate sparky with assistance from Anna and we do this around full time careers, there will be dates that we are just not able to accommodate. Thanks to all who came and saw Sparky over the weekend. We were hugely busy at the lakefront raising funds for the Rescue Helicopter, then today we were at Riding for the Disabled in Ngongotaha at their First Annual Gala. Sparky is having a rest for a few days now. Thank you all again for supporting us x
