The final cleanup is upon us. Tomorrow is the dump run and all that and then the load up and hand the keys over.

It was fun while it lasted but you haven't heard the last of Studio SinisterA.

I've decided to keep the name and relocate it to dunedin and make it much better.

Keep an eye on this space.

Studio SinisterA will be back in 2024 and it will be much better.

Thank you for all who have supported me in the 3 years of being in rotorua even during the hard times.

Tearing something down you built up and fought for for so long is a heartbreaking thing. It affects the world around you and when you have people who only see you as a rent payment treat you worse than pond scum, it goes to show where their interests lay. They have no care in you, they only see you as an income source, and that is all they see you as. They are a soulless entity that would rather put their finances first because they are despicable people who should not be in the position they are in. They are shallow degenerates.

Just had to forego two more projects. And one was a full album project. This bu****it is damaging me. And it is because of an octogenarian baby boomer who has no clue that their clear lack of communication to a bunch of police academy reject dips**ts that call themselves security guards by barring me from my business that I pay rent for and I use to provide recording studio services to the general public.

This is now hurting me financially up in the 10's of thousands of dollars if not significantly higher and this is because of the landlords smoothbrained fu**in incompetence that this is damaging my business. And the sad reality is that I cannot pursue this in any legal way because New Zealand has no suing rights. Yet it was because of the landlords absurd lack of communication basically created a massive issue to this magnitude.

This is now getting real. I have NO CHOICE but to turn clientele away because of the landlords psychosomatic incompetent bu****it. This vindictive crap is literally costing me an income. An income I could be using to put back into the studio.

This is absurd sabotage by vindictive people doing despotic things by sabotaging my livelihood and biting the thing that is feeding them an income source.

This is just beyond disastrous at the highest level.

Ha! Communal toilets! Not at the site I was renting from these frauds!

When I was offered the workshop, I was pitched shared toilet facilities, better access which was at my disposal to my hearts content. Which with the workshops, they generally have 24 hour access because there is tenants (myself included) generally work late.

But when I got there in the first couple of months of me taking on that unit, I was literally defecating in a bucket, I was back and fourth between them over the premises toilet facilities which the tenant at the front had Bogarted. I also had asked about garbage removal which I had to fu**ing pay for out of my own pockets and I had major sanitation issues for a very long time because I entrusted in two dodgy rubbish removal companies because the owner refused to provide bins for the place. All they could provide me was a key to the communal toilet facilities for their other building nextdoor because the front tenant refused to give access to the COMMUNAL toilet facilities at the site I was on. And lastnight I was greeted by a bunch of low IQ do**he nozzles playing rentacop yeeting me out of my workplace because the owners failed to mention that I work late there.

They don't deserve any airtime and I will not mention their company name because they are not worth giving them any attention. I will be doing everything I can to sorting out the studio tearing down and making other arrangements and sorting out the move.

I will be doing a sale on certain furniture items and whiteware I have accrued during my time. And I will be patching up a couple holes I've made from cable routes.

This has been a total disaster.

Nothing was communicated between the landlord and myself. I had absolutely zero issues with the landlord regarding me being a late night operator at the premises. In fact, the "workshops" are under a lock and key scenario with no actual swipe system and there are no cameras at that facility. In fact, anyone can jump over that gate. And generally that facility and number 60-64s workshops are basically 24 hour accessible because they are under the same lock and key scenario at the gate with no swipe fob or automatic door system on a timer. Their other buildings are, however, under a time swipe lock system from 7am to 7pm as they are more or less storage units. I should know because prior to me renting the two workshops I have with that company, I rented a storage unit from them and I was there within that time. In fact, it was the actual OWNER that offered me that workshop because the unit I rented at the time, was not really suited to my needs at the time and I was offered the unit I am in now because it had round the clock access where I could come and go as I pleased, there was supposed amenities such toilet facilities (which later I found out were Bogarted by the mechanic at the front among other things. There was no rubbish facilities which I had to pay for myself as the owner was too much of a tight ass to include that in their rates which was outright irresponsible, and I was under the impression that there was no time limit. And that would not present an issue. But all of a sudden as of yesterday that is now an issue and I am being singled out yet the imbecilic mechanic at the front of the premises was there till 11pm last night and yet I am there late but oh it's somehow an issue. And the funny thing is nothing was relayed via email, phone, carrier pigeon or Morse code by the owners. In fact, there has been terrible miscommunications by the du***ss security company the landlord decided to hire and they failed to mention that there is a guy who is there a majority of the time and sometimes he does overnight maintenance and overnight mix projects in his studio. But no. They failed there and had a bunch of goons basically threaten one of their tenants out of his place of work. Such professionalism from my landlord and typical buffoonery from Watchdog Security who hire complete cumbrains that failed their way through life so they wind up being a fu**in security goon.

It's fine. I am giving it two weeks to a month to sort out my s**t with that fu**in rathole and I am fu**in out and I am out of Rotorua.

F**k these incompetent clowns.

It's because of du***ss s**t like this, it sabotages people's livelihoods and it puts things in jeopardy. And if this is your way of muddying the waters, you're gonna lose a lot of business and news fu**in travels with me f**ko's.

Well never thought I'd have to be the one that says this. Our lease is being held under the knife because of terrible management by the landlord. Now as a small studio, I try my best to dedicate myself to this. There are a lot of sleepless nights, times where I barely go home, and sometimes I have to make do here to make sure this studio is running not only for my own projects, but also other people's projects.

And when you have a rowdy as***le neighbour hack mechanic that can barely keep his s**tty race cars operating not only being a danger to himself, but also being a fu**in hoon racing his s**tty drift car up and down the street in broad daylight, also being a pain in the ass preventing me from doing my job like an inconsiderate f**khole while bogarting the entire buildings fu**in toilet and the fu**in landlord expecting us tenants to fork out for the fu**in rubbish bins (yes I had to actually pay for rubbish bins for the whole time I was here) you know you're fu**in rarking up the wrong fu**in person.

It is time I make an informed decision.

Next month I am going to be saying goodbye to Rotorua to make a new studio in Dunedin. A better studio. The name will be decided in time of course. But Studio SinisterA will be no more.

The reason for this occurring. Well, it's been a myriad of things. Mostly due to terrible management by the landlords of the building which has been 3 years worth of stress, terrible micromanagement, third rate resources like adequate amenities that should be catered to ALL tenants not just one s**thead and expecting us to supply our own, bad attitude by the receptionist who is a low IQ Karen who literally talks down to you like a du***ss, and terrible maintenance by a clueless boomer who basically has no clue in what he is doing.

And the fact that the owner is pretty much running this place while at the same time, she is away with the fairies and allows the receptionist to basically railroad tenants like myself for being here late. Which is generally the case with the studio because I am here literally 20 hours a day. And it's never been a problem until today when I've been here 20 hours a day everyday for 3 years. Then I took a week on reduced hours and now it is suddenly a problem according the masters of micromanagement.

Which leaves me no option but to venture other options in a more receptive town other than Rotorua where I am less stressed, I don't have this unnecessary drama, and I can have a more receptive landlord who is basically running a dumpster fire cashgrab with poor facilities that is barely holding up allowing boomers to basically play game of thrones on their own tenants.

So this will be my final message under the studio sinistera brand till the new studio is underway in Dunedin.

Book an appointment like everyone else does.

And can I make people famous?

No. That is on you. If your song works out, and it taps the market and it gains traction, you will have struck oil in them hills there jed.

It isn't my job to make you famous. It's my job to help you turn whatever is floating around in that musical head of yours into music. That's my job.

I run a recording studio. I'm not a promotional agent, or a record label. I provide the facilities so you can record your music.

That is what Studio SinisterA is. A recording studio.

New Policies coming into effect on all future bookings.

All bookings must pay a 25% (of the final invoice) deposit to secure your session. These are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Also, files will NOT be delivered until balances are cleared. I will only deliver partial rough mixes as part of the process but final mixes will not be delivered until the invoices are settled.

Unless an arrangement is made in advance and you state you will clear the balance on a specific date, we expect the balances to be honored by that date.

Also, the engineers fee MUST be paid in full and in advance before any sessions commence.

I value your work as you value my space as a studio.

However. I have overheads to pay and as such, I don't do free sessions and my prices are final.

I do not do "per diems", sessions for exposure, freebies or mates rates. And if you want to haggle my prices down because you deem them as "high by your standards". Sorry but my rates are not a democracy set by you. If you feel you wish to get a better rate somewhere else, there's plenty of other studios around the country that could offer cheaper. Your quality might be a little lacklustre but that's on you at the end of the day.

Any ghosters will be banned and action will be taken to recover those costs.
