After a successful 'try it' session as part of the rangioramidwinterfestival and our Monday beginners progressing fast - we have made an intro class..

This is more beginner than beginner. For those unsure to sign up to our popular 6 week beginner course (Mondays 6.30) we now have the option of Tuesday 7.30PM.
*New* Hoop only - Wednesday 7.30PM

Also new to Tuesday night is 'Strength & Condition'. Floor, bar & silk conditioning exercises to assist in building strength for aerial.

Special intro pass $55 for 4 classes (one month)
2 classes pw $35
6 week beginner course $120 (Mon or Tues)

Ever looked at aerial silks and thought, “I’d love to try that… but maybe not all the way up there”? 😂

Now’s your chance to give it a go!

Sarah-Jane and the lovely team from NC Aerial Arts are running a beginner-friendly Aerial Silks Workshop as part of the Rangiora Midwinter Festival.

You’ll learn the basics of working with the silks, try simple knots and wraps, create a few shapes and even have a go on the aerial hoops. Everything starts nice and low to the ground, so there’s no pressure to climb to the ceiling or arrive knowing what you’re doing.

It’s all about having a laugh, trying something completely different and stepping slightly outside your comfort zone in a fun, supportive environment.

I’ve wanted to try aerial silks for so long, so I’ll be there attempting to look graceful too. 😅
