WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong leadership skills
- High-level trampoline skills
- Freestyle sports experience
- Self-motivated and organised
- Passionate about athlete development
- Culture fit is #1
Experience in skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, biking or parkour is a big plus!

THE ROLE:
- Lead and develop our coaching team
- Deliver high-quality lessons
- Create lesson plans and coaching systems
- Manage programmes and events
- Build strong relationships with athletes and parents
- Support the day-to-day running of the facility

The focus? Athlete progression, team development and creating an awesome experience at SITE.

Mini Bouncers is our dedicated under-5s session, giving our littlest bouncers the space to experiment, learn, socialise, and build new skills.

📍 Site Wanaka: Fridays, 9:00–10:30am
📍 Site Queenstown: Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:30–10:30am
$12.50 per child

Every bounce builds balance and body awareness, and kids who move confidently young tend to pick up new skills and tricks so much faster as they grow.

This is one of the skills that separates classical from FREESTYLE 🙌

Full-in Unfull-out is when you twist one direction on the first flip and then abruptly stop your body and mechanically twist your hips in the other direction for the second flip 👀

Even though classical athlete have been able to do this for decades, it’s not been recognized as a skill until freestyle was invented 👊
