Saturday 28th
For this Lyra workshop, you will need to be comfortable working on the top of the hoop and be able to invert comfortably from under the bottom bar. You will not need to have practiced much spinning before, but be aware that spinning can bring up feelings of nausea and dizziness for some participants. Anna has methods to help with the dizziness and aftercare for spinning.
This workshop will run for 1.5 hours

If you are looking to push your practice past poses and onto creating interesting routines, then this is the workshop for you! This workshop will run for 1.5 hours and cost $40 per person.
