Alrighty team here we have it!

We are excited to announce the updated lineup for the warehouse edition! After a lot of work behind the scenes to secure a new venue and get this event off the ground, we are ready to go.

The secret location is just 20 minutes from the Auckland CBD and will be sent to all ticket holders on the day of the gig.

If you would like to purchase a ticket and help us recoup some of our recent losses, you can find the link in the comments.

Kia ora whānau,

After much discussion over the last 24 hours, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Kauri Quakes this weekend.

While this is disappointing after a year of hard work, the safety of our community and the preservation of the land remain our top priorities. Although the initial storm has begun to clear, the predicted weekend weather, current site conditions, and our remote location make cancellation the best course of action.

However, we are pleased to announce an alternative event this weekend: a warehouse rave at a secret location 20 minutes from the Auckland CBD. The address will be sent to ticket holders at 12:00 PM on the day of the event, January 24th. This event will feature the full PDC rig, our headliners and .music , and our local and out-of-town artists.

Your ticket options are as follows:

- Option 1: Receive a $70 refund and join us at the Auckland venue (2:00 PM Saturday, January 24th – 5:00 AM Sunday).

- Option 2: Opt for no refund and use your ticket for the Auckland show. This last-minute event has been costly, and any additional contributions will help ensure the future of Kauri Quakes.

- Option 3: Receive a full refund and ticket cancellation.

You will receive a separate email from Ticket Fairy outlining how to select your preferred option. If you do not have a ticket but would like to join us in Auckland, limited door sales will be available for $80 cash.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope to be back in the trees next year, bigger and better.

📣 Headliner Highlight 📣

She’s needs almost no introduction! .music is a creature that lives on an island in the South Pacific Ocean that spends her time tinkering with sound machines. Whilst a well-known force in Aotearoa’s underground bass music scene for some time, Paige Julia is now being embraced by the global music community as one of the very profound artists emanating from Aotearoa. She has released
music with 1985 Music (UK), Deep Dark & Dangerous (US/NZ), Drum&BassArena (UK), Unchained Recordings (HK), Samsara Beats (US), MalLabel Music (US), Forest Biz (UK), Uncomfortable Beats (AU) and Totally Roasted (NZ) as well as a self released album titled “Morphling” that awarded her “Best Electronic Artist” at the 2021 Aotearoa Music Awards. Her music is inspired by the many shades of underground bass culture, navigating the grey area between breakbeat, dubstep, techno, jungle and hip hop.

Paige spends her summer time adventuring across Aotearoa New Zealand from festival to festival, delivering the world’s freshest bass music intertwined with her own productions. For the winter months a whirlwind club circuit takes hold as she visits any city with a sound system, keeping a busy schedule of developing music for performance and enjoying the process of sharing the experience of dance, frequency and emotion. As the world opened back up she entered the international arena with yearly full club and festival tours of Australia and performances in Spain and the UK in 2023.

Outside of performance, Paige has spent many years nurturing the next generation of electronic artists and performers of Aotearoa. Working alone or with other professionals she has impacted the trajectory of hundreds of new artists, by breaking down the difficult technical side of electronic music production and DJing. Explaining concepts in ways that are accessible to beginners and de-mystifying DAW’s, DJ equipment and production jargon.

Catch her playing 1230am -2am PDC stage.

📣 Headliner Highlight 📣

Living in Bristol, UK, Mystic State is a well respected electronic music production duo, forged from the creative minds of William Marquiss and Mike Holliday.

Their journey began in the early 2000’s during their formative teenage years, collecting records and performing on pirate radio stations within the world of turntablism. An obsession for music led them to an impassioned dive into music production where Mystic State was born.

Mystic State is celebrated for their emotive and crystal clear productions that are immediately identifiable, marked by a signature blend that captures the essence of late 90’s jungle, dub, and ambient electronica.

Their art is a tapestry of sound experiences, woven with film dialogue and meticulously placed samples that evoke a rich, textured soundscape. Never ones to limit their escape routes musically, the pair tend to jump between genres blurring the lines. between sounds and ultimately creating their unique sonic experience that is not only heard across the globe but felt.

The pair are excelling into 2025 with more plans to shake up electronic music for generations to come with exciting projects landing on their respected in-house record labels.

Catch them playing 11pm-1230am on the PDC stage.
