Few more photos from the process of restoration of Waharoa o Te Āwhina Marae, carvings original done by Tohunga whakairo John Mutu and others that helped him i remember Komba(Warren Reihana)telling me he help carve one of the Amo of the Waharoa with big John and others. Big mihi to some of our Tohunga whakairo around the mutu for the awhi 🙌. To my right hand man Hoani e mihi ana bro for just being you. Hoani done the restoration mahi on 1 pou and the tekoteko and wheku and I done the other pou and kowhaiwhai mahi.
