North City Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Superstar.

We are a family owned and operated business and treat our wonderful staff and customers as part of the family – and now we are looking for you to join us!
Teamwork and attitude are two of the major ingredients required to join us, so we are keen to see this in your application.

We are beginning to hit our busier period so are looking for a part time customer service staff member to help provide the fantastic customer experience we are known for (Check our google reviews).

The successful applicant must be over 18 (as they will be working with the Bar and Gaming) and be able to work nights and weekends.
We recommend your own transport and full license as we usually finish after 10pm. Shifts would be a mix of weeknights and day/nights over the weekend.

You will also be required to work in all customer service areas of the business, including kitchen, bar and the main bowling reception counter. Training will be given to the successful applicant, but it would be an advantage if you have any experience in customer service, short order cooking and/or bar/gaming. Any Tenpin Bowling knowledge would be helpful also 😊

We would expect 20-24 hours each week, potentially more as things progress.

We are looking for someone to be able to start immediately

Very proud to have supported and sponsored Ben Pettit since he was a little guy.

Roll on ten years and he’s now chasing his dreams with a tenpin bowling athletic scholarship to Wichita State University.

He’s gone from bowling as our youngest player in our National Youth Team to being a ten times national champion (4 x open men, 2 x U21 and 4 x U18) and world championship bronze medalist.

We are proud to have supported you on your bowling journey Ben and look forward to seeing what you achieve in USA.

Thank you for the Wichita State spare ball that we will put on display and the shirt that we hope with be worth heaps when you’re famous.
