8 months since we opened this beast in Kapiti! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited Rebound over the past 8 months and helped us create so many awesome memories. ❤️

We’ve continued making improvements to the facility along the way, and we’ve got a few more exciting changes planned over the coming months.

Here are the 3.5m³ of ball pit balls being delivered to Rebound NZ to refill our pits! 🎉

With packaging like this, it’s no wonder NZ Customs wants to have a closer look at it! 😂

Unfortunately, this means our balls are currently delayed while NZ Customs makes absolutely certain that the shipment contains nothing but ball pit balls. 😅

Hopefully they’ll be released and bouncing their way into our pits soon! 😂

WOOHOOO! Our new Airbag has arrived and is ready for use from tomorrow morning.

We have made a few changes to our last airbag with this one being much softer to land on. Come down and try it out this weekend.

If you've visited Rebound over the last month, you've probably noticed that our airbag attraction has been out of action.

Unfortunately, this highlights one of the reasons we don't allow adults to use the play equipment. Many of our attractions are specifically designed and calibrated for children's weight limits. Repeatedly exceeding these limits can cause significant damage, resulting in costly repairs or complete replacement of equipment.

The good news is that our brand-new airbag is due to arrive within the next week or two, along with a fresh shipment of ball pit balls!

We've also had a number of ball pit balls damaged after some children were caught intentionally popping them. We kindly ask all parents and caregivers to actively supervise their children and ensure everyone follows the rules and signage throughout the venue.

By working together, we can continue to provide a safe, fun, and fully operational play experience for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding and support! 💙

🎉 Running a playland is a lot of fun, but behind the scenes we still have to deal with snots, cuts and dirty butts! 😅

That's why daily cleaning and disinfecting are an essential part of keeping our playland and trampolines safe, clean, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

We'd really appreciate your help in keeping Rebound clean and hygienic for all our guests:

• If your child is unwell, please keep them at home until they're feeling better.
• If your little one needs help using the bathroom, please ensure they have appropriate supervision.
• If you notice any spills, accidents, or messes in the playland or trampoline areas, please let a staff member know and we'll get it cleaned up as soon as possible.
