When dance crews perform on stage, audiences are taken on a journey of amazing moments. A powerful stunt, a difficult move, a section that makes the whole crowd get hype. And when it’s done by the most hard working….it looks effortless. But what most people don’t see is the hours and hours behind the scenes that make those moments possible. The repetition, the sore muscles, the bruises, the frustration, the pushing through when bodies are tired and minds are exhausted.
