Musical Theatre this week in our Wednesday class, we're dancing to "Don't Lose Ur Head" from Six: The Musical!

Where's Hope today?

We've caught Hope practising a few line dancing moves ahead of the Daffodil Hoedown in Palmerston North tonight. 🌼🤠

If you're heading along, pull on your blue and yellow, show off your own moves, and help raise funds for Daffodil Day.

A huge shoutout to everyone who's helping make tonight's hoedown happen. Every ticket sold, raffle entered and dance floor spin helps ensure nobody faces cancer alone.

Fundraisers like this are bringing communities together right across Aotearoa this Daffodil Day season, turning good times into real support for people affected by cancer. 💛

This coming week we have a whole bunch of exciting things! First up our Wednesday class is learning a jazz routine to "Suddenly I See" by KT Tunstall. (19 Aug, 6pm at 286 Cuba Street, $15)

On Friday, we have our DAFFODIL HOEDOWN! (21 Aug, 6pm at Barber Hall, $10)

And then on Monday we have our first class for our new weekly "Dance Fitness" class! (24 Aug, 7pm at 286 Cuba Street, $15)

New Monday night class: Dance Fitness!
Mondays 7pm - Starting 24th August

Run by Adam Shaw from Dance Kinetics, this class is a casual, open adult fitness class with a mix of dance, cardio, strength, flexibility and coordination. It’s a great way to get moving, improve your fitness and have some fun along the way.

Every class is a little different, so you won’t be doing exactly the same workout every week. Just come along, follow Adam’s lead and work at a level that suits you. (No dance experience necessary!)

When: Every Monday 7pm-8pm (First class 24th Aug)
Where: Developpe Studio 2 - 286 Cuba Street
Cost: $15 per class (or $10 when purchasing a concession card)
