Farewell, "Dear Jane"! Our 2025 season finished rather abruptly and dramatically (boo, weather!), and we didn't have a chance to properly celebrate the end of our storytelling adventure.
As a playwright, director and producer, I (Nataliya Oryshchuk) am deeply grateful to the wonderful multi-talented people who invested their energy and passion in the story of Jane and John Deans. It was intriguing and deeply satisfying to see the play freshly interpreted by Annette Thomson (Jane), Charlie Grubb (John) and David Allen (the Sinister Man). My heartfelt thanks also go to Benny (Jonathan) Hill (sound) and Michael Adams (light). And, of course, to the super-supportive management and staff of Riccarton House & Bush. Parting is always a sorrow. Thank you, my 2025 "Dear Jane" family!

🌧️ “Dear Jane” on Thurs 23 Oct is Cancelled Due to Red Weather Warning
It hardly comes as a surprise, but we’ve had to cancel our final performance of Dear Jane at Riccarton House tomorrow night (the venue and the grounds will also be closed). It was a tough call, but safety comes first! Refunds will be processed shortly, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you so much for your support — we look forward to welcoming you to our next event, and stay safe! 💛
