As we focus on new projects and aspirations, Hall of Design is evolving, and it is now time to move on from the Oākura studio and gallery which we lovingly created.
It is always hard to let go of things that have brought such joy, but it is also a decision that is met with excitement, as we look towards our future.
We have loved sharing art with our wonderful community, in our welcoming space. The late-night installations, the photoshoots, the build-up to the openings, and our epic opening nights, are all moments, that we will remember with pride.
PLEASE NOTE: Hall of Design, the business, is not closing! We are continuing to provide a full suite of design services.
We are moving on from the gallery and commercial space in Oākura, and the building with established consents and land lease, will be available soon.

To celebrate the galleries journey over the past 5 years, we will be presenting a final exhibition called One More Time.
One More Time is an exhibition that will present artworks from all the amazing artists that have exhibited at Hall of Design.
