We have committed to two kiln firings each month so that people can plan their creations around the dates. Our June firings will start on Tues 16th for Glaze and Mon 29th for Bisque, with future months following a similar mid-month and end of month pattern. Regards from Helen Johnson

Hi everyone. Debbie van Asch is kindly going to be at the Studio tomorrow approx around 10am (time to be confirmed Monday morning), (Monday 1st June already!!!) and will put our recently fired bisque items in the studio. She will also show any Casual members and Fully Paid members how to use the wheel if you are interested. I won't be there as I'm going on a rare outing for the day. To those who don't know about our Pottery Studio, we are based at Mathews Park, which has a beautiful rural outlook, in the end of the building to the left as you drive in. As we are a club, not a business, we are able to keep our costs extremely low and you can choose between being a casual member (pay a small fee each time) or paying for 6-months or 12 months. You are most welcome to come along a couple of times for free to see if you would like to continue. Clay and firing costs are separate but are also extremely reasonable. On top of that, Cafe Norsewood makes fabulous coffee and food and is a great place to stop before heading to the Studio.
