David combines a dance of dots, design, pattern and colour to his artworks. Influenced by the repetitive markmaking of Aboriginal art, after many years in Australia and his fascination of patchwork quilts with his own Kiwi twist creates his own individual works. David has his studio at Gover St Gallery with a number of works on display. Well worth coming to see.

What a great small-group Altered Books workshop we had yesterday. Brenda Cash worked her magic and everyone went away happy and inspired. There was so much information, planning, tearing and cutting that time overran but it was an amazingly fun, creative day.
