Now I know you folk think it's all Swayze and Moore here at The Right Mug...but sometimes a man's gotta wipe the clay off his hands and pretend to be a mechanic or something and service the pugmill.
The pugmill winds the clay through a barrel, forces it through a screen where any air is sucked out by vacuum and a big sausage of clay comes out the other end - easy peezy clayey squeezy. Anyhow..many choice words were spoken, hammers were swung, the bolts are all back in, sillycone has been smeared, say a little prayer.
Looks like rain on Saturday so I'll be back in the workshop Swayze-ing some more clay ready for finer weather at the Nelson Market...
