Nelson Academy of Dance The Nelson Academy of Dance provides recreational dance classes from 3 years in Ballet, Contemporary dance, adult ballet and pointe. Come and learn to dance!

learn musicality, flexibility, strength, posture and the art of dance. Each grade varies between one and three weekly classes with extra lessons available. Principal Gillian Francis tutors the senior classical ballet while Lily Sinclair and student teacher Charlotte Alsop-Widley teach the junior classical ballet. We’ve had a little upgrade! We’re excited to share our brand new studio sign is officially up! Our new sign makes it much easier for our dance families and the wider community to find us, while giving our studio an even more welcoming presence. We love seeing our home become more visible and can’t wait to welcome everyone in. Keep an eye out the next time you’re passing!
