Just like you, events in my life have made me appreciate with immense
gratitude the inherent goodness in people and now I would like to
share my personal observations. It liberates me to have a memorable personal piece of prose that I can
recall and draw strength from. Perhaps affording others some thought and comfort in hard times. I know how I feel when trying to understand and accept life’s man

concerns. I am fortunate to have amazing and extraordinary people in my life and
most have seen fit to hold me close when times are tough. Such is the compassionate side of human nature. To those good people, thank you

Defenceless

A cover version of a poem of mine with a new arrangement , perspective and focus, as my thoughts and perceptions of people and circumstances are changing all the time.

It's important to create the space for conversation and knowing just who you can speak to if your wellbeing is of concern or perhaps the wellbeing of someone close.

But you already know that…….don’t you ?

It all starts with a question to someone who will listen.
Be brave, ask those questions and have those conversations
Be that someone who can carry a little weight .

Poetry for the ordinary man.
A reworking of my poem “Here and Now”.

I am elevating my original poetry writing with captivating audible and visual elements to celebrate the journeys we all undertake and to discover that a more meaningful, intentional, perhaps slower pace can give us all the time to appreciate what surrounds us and what we value.

Ultimately, in time, our paths may eventually unfold as solo endeavours, but never let this be a reason not to go on.
