The Arts and Media Level 5 Communication Class Market Day. Promoting and selling our hand-crafted products as part of a school project. Creations for sale include eco art bowls made from recycled paper, key rings, candles and much more. There will be something for everyone. All welcome. This page is temporary and will be taken down after the market day.
The market will be held at NMIT 322 Hardy Street, Nelson. 4 November from 12-2pm.

The NMIT Music students will be show casing their talents alongside the art students at the market event.
Paper Nook Cooperative will also be demonstrating the painting of paper mache bowls on the day!
Here is an example of the some of the products available.
These papier mache bowls are made with aroha from sustainable, earth friendly, recycled materials. Each piece is individually hand crafted and painted by 3 different artists. These examples are based on the koru design which symbolises new life, growth, strength, and peace.
Please come and enjoy the sun and creative atmosphere and support our journey as art students.
